Description of Classes:
HOT26 is the same 26 postures & sequence of the Bikram Beginner’s series you love, with just a slightly different approach to some of the postures. In this class students are encouraged to move slow and deliberately and to focus on the flow of energy and breath in each posture. Students may use props for assistance so they can put their attention on holding postures in correct alignment.
B\HOT26 is the classical/traditional approach to the Beginner’s 26 series as taught by Bikram Choudhury.
HOT\Xpress is a slightly truncated, faster paced, 60-75 minute version of the traditional 26 posture Bikram sequence. For experienced practitioners only as there are fewer instructions and some one set postures. The pace can lead to a more aerobic & meditative experience. Fun stuff!
B\HOT26 – Community & Karma classes are both the traditional 26 posture sequence Hot Bikram class.
Community Classes 8:30pm: Monday | Wednesday |& 6:30pm Friday. You can drop-in for just $10 or use a class from your membership! Either way, it’s the same Hot Bikram yoga class you know and love.
Karma Class Join us Sundays at 4 pm for a $10 drop-in/donation based Bikram Yoga class. We take net proceeds and donate to various charities throughout the year.
