We celebrated our 4th Anniversary at Bikram Yoga Columbia with an Open House today. Free classes persuaded lots of new students to try Bikram’s Original Hot Yoga. Many of our old friends and regular students came out to represent, and all in all 116 students in the three classes got to sweat it out together. Good Life Wellness offered plenty of free massages, reflexology, acupuncture, Reiki, and spiritual readings. They were busy all day with lots of people taking advantage of their unique services. A little food, tea, and juice got everybody recharged after class. The 10% off membership sale that runs through midnight Sunday capped off the celebration (click on the button at the top left on the sidebar to take advantage of the sale), and made it that much sweeter.
Lynne’s Halloween class was a lot of fun! About a half dozen yogis joined her in wearing a costume to class, and she held a drawing for a free 1/2 hour massage, which went to Jackie Janesh. Rachel was in the spirit as well, and had two, count ‘em, two costumes yesterday! We hope everybody enjoyed themselves, and we’re looking forward to a scary big turnout next year!
